Give Your Future Physicians More Ways to Explore Medicine.
Many high school students know they are interested in becoming physicians long before they have meaningful opportunities to experience medicine.
Science courses provide an essential academic foundation, and organizations like HOSA offer valuable exposure to healthcare careers and leadership. But students interested specifically in becoming physicians often want opportunities to go further—to work through clinical cases, learn how physicians approach disease, explore medical specialties, discuss ethical challenges, and interact directly with physicians.

The Future Physician Society was created to provide that next layer of exposure.
FPS connects aspiring physicians with ongoing medical education and physician mentorship throughout the academic year, giving schools an easy way to offer substantive pre-medical enrichment without having to develop a medical curriculum themselves.

A Turnkey Pre-Medical Resource for Your School
Building meaningful medical programming can be difficult. Schools may have highly motivated students interested in medicine without having physicians available to teach clinical topics, provide mentorship, or speak regularly with students. FPS brings that infrastructure to your school.
Docera develops and delivers the medical programming, coordinates physician-led educational events, and provides the resources students need to participate. This means your school can offer students ongoing access to physician-led enrichment without requiring faculty to build a medical curriculum or continually recruit physicians and guest speakers.
How It Works
1. Choose a Group Enrollment Option
Schools select the approximate number of FPS memberships they would like to make available to their students.
2. Enroll Your Students
Eligible students receive access to Future Physician Society programming and resources for the academic year.
3. We Provide the Medical Programming
We coordinate physician-led events, clinical education, specialty programming, and other opportunities year-round.
4. Your Students Participate
Students attend virtual programming throughout the year while remaining involved in your school's existing extracurriculars.
