Our Roots
Hi, I'm Mallory, the founder of Docera and the voice behind our online curriculum. I'm a resident physician based in Boston. In my journey to becoming a physician, I was eager to learn real medicine and get involved in medical projects but felt like there was no clear pathway to do so. I created Docera to open that door for pre-medical students. Docera grew from a simple idea — that students deserve meaningful, guided exposure to medicine early — into a structured pathway that helps future physicians explore their interests, build skills, and take confident steps toward a career in healthcare.
