3. Payment & Refund Policy
Enrollment requires payment in full unless otherwise specified. Refund Policy: Students may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of purchase. After 3 days, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided beyond this period. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

is the intellectual property of Docera and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, recorded, or shared without written permission. Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
5. Access & Account Use
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access program materials for personal educational use only.
Access may be revoked without refund if a participant:

Shares login credentials or access to the program with others who have not enrolled

Distributes proprietary content

Engages in academic dishonesty

Violates conduct standards
6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:

Docera reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards.
7. No Guarantees
Docera does not guarantee:

Specific academic, professional, or career outcomes

Scholarships or internships
Participation may strengthen skills and experience, but outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.
