Emerging Physicians Conference

The Emerging Physicians Conference values originality, intellectual curiosity, and authentic scholarly engagement. Submissions generated through artificial intelligence tools are not permitted. Conference organizers will review submissions for misuse of artificial intelligence or academic dishonesty. Students may be asked to further explain, discuss, or verify aspects of their work during the review or presentation process. Submissions found to be substantially AI-generated, plagiarized, or misrepresented will be disqualified from consideration.

Conference submissions require a one-time nonrefundable $25 submission fee.

This fee helps reduce spam submissions, supports conference operations, and helps compensate physician reviewers and judges for the time spent evaluating student work and providing professional oversight. Payment of the submission fee does not guarantee conference acceptance, publication, awards, or presentation opportunities.

Participation in Docera programs does not guarantee publication or conference presentation. Students receive physician mentorship, educational guidance, and project feedback throughout the development process, while publication and presentation opportunities remain selective and merit-based.
